Les Bas de Duresses Auxey-Duresses 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Sick nose: elegant, finessed, bright and high-toned, but also super deep. Animal, sous-bois, spice, real complexity. 9.6 nose. Elegant and ripe, but still has that Auxey edge I love. Inner-mouth florals, huge texture, sweetness and energy, with velvety, melty tannins. Amazing finish.

floral raspberry coulis nose, elegant and complex and super dusty nose, complex and pure with unreal, tree bark, volnay quality, haunting ethereal aromas, insane depth and superb limestone, wow what a nose, no brainer and more complex, more elegant and lots of blue fruit, delicate late breaking tannins, wow this is so lacey and elegant and so sappy, insanely juice and clean, unreal concentration and tiny berry fruit intensity, wall of flavor and what an amazing finish. This is stunning. so much fruit and richness but so fresh. controlled richness.

Pours much fuller/darker and extracted than I expected. Takes a little time exposed to oxygen to come up to it's current potential l. I'll keep my other bottle corked for another year.
