Jun 24th, 2021Took 5 hours to open. Now, hazelnut, iodine, light wood, minerals and flowers. Palate is rich and ripe with insane acidity and purity. Deep, rich and clean. Lovely pear and apple fruit and awesome almost crunchy texture. So pure. Clean as a whistle.

There is a sense of ripeness as well as the vintage dictates. Palate is massive. Wow. What a beast but so refined and juicy. Complex and elegant with a sense of refinement only reserved for the best. Stunning freshness and a long mineral finish. Awesome.
