(See update and caveat after review.) A very nice entry level white burgundy. A bit reductive on initially removing the artificial cork, but then develops nicely. Nose begins to show classical notes of earthy lemon oil, straw, and a deep-toned minerally note. Really kind of fronts like a good village Meursault. Good concentration on the palate. Finish is long, tangy, and minerally. Nice job!
UPDATE and CAVEAT: I drink this over the course of 2 nights, spaced by one day. The morning after night 1, I had a medium headache. The morning after finishing the bottle 2 days later, massive headache. I’ve always been pretty much noseblind to sulfur, but there is something about this wine that definitely caused those headaches (I never get headaches after half a bottle).

For Meee, it was less caramel, oaky, more mineral and clean.
