Jan 17th, 2018Huge olive and brine all the way through. Flavor is singular. Great structure. Maybe better in time.

Nov 1st, 2017Thanks to a generous wine store GM who served me a glass blind. Easy to see this was unfiltered. Tar and earth leap from the glass. In the mouth earth, cherries and some leather mix with a nice dose of acid. You can almost chew the soil in this wine. I am ashamed to say I guessed Gamay😳. Note to self do not over think and go with your 1st choice.

Mar 9th, 2017Weird showing, carbo when opened, then shut down hard. Day two has some oxidation and weird midpalate. Not doomed but give these guys a while to sort it out.
