Bright opening. Round lilting fruit. Some barrel-scented bitter wood. Has a subtle candied fruit note on the back side that falls somewhere between a pine bros cherry drop and an unsweetened twizzler, then backs out with a little bramble and a glycerin halo.

Jul 28th, 2020First experience with Pinot Fin. At least with the 2015 vintage, quite reminiscent of an early drinking Burgundy. A bit more meatiness on the palate. Interesting and worth a try for an overlooked varietal. Not Pinot Noir as stated by Delectable.
