Vintage 2015 / beautiful balance

Pale yellow. Oak, still fresh and fruity. slight creamy. Rich and Butter. enough acidity. quite high viscosity. lemon citrus with salty. Minerals. Good match with Japanese food! With Elegancy. Jean Marc Boillot Meursault 2009 @20680, Chitos - Shin, 231229-240518

Absolutely delicious. One of 2 of these bottles we brought back from recent trip to Burgandy. Wish we bought more of it.

This bottle developed a bit whilst using the coravin and to be honest thats a good thing.
Great caramel and butter nose next to nice fruits and a good acidity. Very well balanced wine.

Hmmm not as impressive as a while ago. Sharp apple acidity. So rather fresh then buttery.

I know I know. Delicious but too young. Better after 2022.

Fantastic white burgundy. Like fruit. Great with fish on a hot night.

2012 vintage paired with the tasting menu at Le Cinq. Complemented the meal perfectly. The lush aroma was so lovely I enjoyed it with every sip.
