Lovely waxy, spice inflected Chave nose with pear skin, tangerine and peach fruit. The nose has a touch of mineral that adds to its freshness. Palate is dynamite with round, ripe pear, yellow apple peel fruit set off by honey, mineral, white pepper accents. Long polished finish. From magnum this wine is just entering it prime drinking window. Lucky to have 1 more to cellar for 3 or 4 more years.

Doesn't get much better than this. Honeysuckle, buttered brioche, still tastes youthful and vibrant. Lovely juice

This was actually a 13 vintage tasting of chave hermitage blanc. Tables favorites was the 10. 99 was a banger. I enjoyed the 07 as well, but really they were all outstanding killer wines
