Absolutely stunning bottle. Opened a little closed with a hint of oxidation. With air it blossoms with honey, allspice to accent the pear, quince and orange peel fruit. Beautifully balance with superb extract. Orchard fruits are intertwined with mineral accents. A hint of alcohol popping out on finish is all that keeps this from perfection
