Unbelievably open tonight, ripe--like pear dipped in honey yet lifted and finessed, showing sweet floral tones and candied ginger. It was silky, almost waxy on the palate, a mix of ripe stone fruits and inner floral tones. The best part is that it's still opening up. Maybe warranting a better score later in the evening.
