About as lean as you can get with 100% Roussanne, minerally and more-ish. Yum, especially with hard cheese and house made salumi.

As an infrequent Marsanne drinker, I have no basis to critiquing this one. Very fatty and waxy, melon, wet stones, wildflowers; there’s a lot going on. It seems a bit unfocused. But for $30 this is killer juice.

Aperitif splash in the room as we prep for our night out. Great way to warm up the palate in anticipation of dinner. Bright & rich with hints of tropical fruits like kiwi and hibiscus flowers.
