Really complex character especially in nose. Pepper, dark berries, and サンポール and/or its frequently used scene if you are pairing with Japanese dishes and if you are Japanese. This can age further, may be next 3-5 years.

Very silky and elegant, with exceptionally smooth tannins. Classic Vosne nose of five spice and dark cherries, developing some earth with air. Subtly building on the palate with lots of nuances and even a hint of the peacocks tail on the moderate finish. While drinking well now, it developed positively over two days and will certainly get better with 3-5 more years in the cellar.
