Nicely opened after an hour in the glass. A ripe style with beautiful tannin and moderate acidity. Love the rose, red currant, creosote and citrus rind aromas and flavors. Great texture, tannins frame finish. Should have 10 years ahead of it but excellent now

Dark garnet with some slight fading towards the rim. The bouquet on this is enticing - ripe cranberries, mushroom, damp earth intermix with crushed stone, dried citrus peel, and dried sage. On the palate it is fresh with juiciness of cranberries and red currant. The medium body carries silky tannins and lively acidity. Slight peppery, long finish. Drink 2018-2025+

Beautiful example of a burgundy Pinot noir. Bright red fruit with some herbaceous notes. Medium body, well balanced on acid and alcohol. Could benefit from further ageing nicely.
