Light straw unfiltered in the glass. VA strong at first on the nose with oxidized forward, mellowing out nicely as it opened and smelling of ripe toasted fruits. Full bodied and round with good acidity cutting through. Tasting of tropical fruit, bananas, and melon with a fresh spiciness. Overall, a lovely and complex Gewurtz from Alsace - big and bold and fun to drink. Pairs well with gnocchi and ricotta.

Delightful and unfiltered. Rich, toasted coconut and peach notes on the nose with a basil herbaceous spiciness. Refreshing but a full and an almost oily texture on the tongue. Acidic bite at the end.
