Just a perfect complement to a sushi/yakitori dinner - lovely but not heavy balance in acidity and oh so youthful! Having a little oak in Chablis is never a bad thing!

Took some time to balance out but decent blend of acidity, citrus and vanilla roundness (didn’t know this was done in oak)
