From a family owned winery founded by Jean-Claude Courtault in 1984. Light straw color with full citrus aromas and minerality that seems to jump from the glass. On the palate crisp green apples, lime citrus with lots of acidity. No oak sees this wine which keeps it fresh. A nice crisp ending with chalky mineral tang. This 2014 will get a little fuller in a few years. Paired nicely with a Sushi Grade Tuna dish with several exotic sauces.

While perfectly fine, unimpressed and uninspiring. Especially given the price point. What more flint/steel from Chablis, even if an AC.

Super crisp, low minerality, very light citrus but not at all bitter, and smooth the whole way through. Delicious!
