Absolutely beauty! Flint/gunpowder with a big chunk of limestone with hits of lemon peal. Great balance and depth. Beautiful expression of how a chardonnay should be!

Dec 14th, 2019Sweet honey aroma which makes me fascinated. Pear. First attack looks like desert wine. Quite rich and smooth. And also honey flavor, then citrus. Enough mineral. This is just 2015 vintage. Later on, I could feel it is Chablis with dry taste, floral flavor, acidic. @500/100ml(2100), T Enoteca, 190324
