Crozes-Hermitage Syrah

Medium bodied. Dry. Dark red fruit. Sour cherry. Granite. Thought there’d be more to this.

Full bodied, peppery, smooth finish. Excellent alongside beef tenderloin.

Awesome smooth. Class 2-21-20.

Nose of animal and a hint of licorice. Some sweet, floral notes. Smooth, with light tannins. Long, delicate finish, with licorice and red fruits. Some dark fruits and fennel as well.

Pleasant with hint of pepper.
