Such elegance and poise. Like a strong and muscular ballet dancer - it has the power to punch through but holds it back with such finesse. Dancing on the palate.
7 years of age - could easily do with 10 more, but already now it can do this. Highly complex and so so so refined.

nose had lots of animal, some black pepper, red licorice, a little cinnamon and cedar, redcurrant
tasted of animal, red cherry, bitter dark chocolate, cedar, some vegetal. rainy and wild. bramble and cedar. little black cherry.
