There is very little that needs to be said about this most regal domaine and the incredibly elegant wines it produces. Absolutely superb, beautiful Chenin Blanc. Pristine and complex in the utmost, and such an ideal companion to such a variety of foods. Shimmering, bright, honeyed, herbal, savory, pithy. Full-bodied yet delicate. Intense minerality yet with supple texture. Will drink great upon release yet will age gracefully for at least 20 years. Very few other white wines in the world can express the range of aromatics and flavors that one finds from the wines of Huet. The dual sense of delicacy and power is truly sublime.
