A Pét-Nat from Huet?! Aromas of apple cider, pineapple, quince, jasmine underpinned by lightly oxidative note. Creamy mousse, but faded rather quickly in the glass. Sharp acidity. Nice tug of war between sweetness and bitterness on the finish.
