Marathon blind tasting dinner at Le Petit Verdot in Paris. Failed to capture most bottles and things got hazy…

Fairly closed at first, but red fruits and minerals come through. Wouldn’t have guessed Morey (and didn’t!) but Lignier elegance is all there

A bit closed up but really enjoyable. Red fruit and earth. Tannic.

Fantastic nose. Wine is drinking great right now but a litte rustic for my taste profile.

The last and best of 3 bottles . Fabulous nose of funk, earth and dark cherry. Mouthful of red fruit Flavors. Integrated smooth tannins, great depth, long finish and wonderful balance. Approaches GC in overall quality. Yum!
