I know, I know...it’s just a Passetoutgrain. But there at Passetoutgrains and then there are Passetoutgrains. This is the latter. Lignier’s version, which now carries the name “Aux Poirelots”, is a most wonderful, lip smacking version of this rustic Bourgogne blend. Dark fruited in the Lignier style, this has a lot to offer and while it’s not a budget bottle by any stretch of the imagination, it’s an extremely tasty Burgundy for the money.
