Company holiday party this evening, starting in the hotel room with this bottle... I'm fully aware that anything else will be downhill tonight, but best to enjoy while our palates are fresh.

Nose has citrus skin, wet calcareous minerals and faint oak.
Palate has lemon-apple, great acidity, perfect minerality, lemon curd lite. Very long finish, this wine is so young!
Evolving red fruits, light spring strawberry has appeared.

Not as mineral and rich as I would expect a 1er cru Chassagne to be but silky with clean orchard fruit on nose and palate.
