Sainte-Victoire Côtes de Provence Rosé

Just a touch too fruity. Mellows out as it opens. Like, don’t love.

Really balanced out over the summer. Just the right fruit to acid. Have a couple left for Labor Day, a nice way to end the season.

Raspberry, wet pebbles , basil, tomato leaf, whiff of pepper, salty, lip smacking finish. Very fine.
