Les Corbeaux 1er Cru Gevrey-Chambertin Pinot Noir

Earthy with red fruits that were somewhat muted. It was drinkable but nothing spectacular.

Rich and seductive with ripe fruit on the palate. Powerful and delicate at the same time. Really liked it.

1st juice in 2015!!!
smoky, bluberries, hint of wood spices, earthiness, dried wild flowers popurri on the nose with more than medium finish, decent acidity, still tannic.

Need to find more! It's been months since we cracked this one but it was really hitting its stride and seemed like it could go another decade. Great nose and perfectly balanced.
