Plush fruit and a gloss of oak gave a rather modern, anonymous impression for the first couple days, but by day 3 some real Chambolle elegance began to emerge. I'm betting that over time the lacy red fruit and chalky minerality will come to the fore. Nice wine and a good first impression of this producer.
