This is quite delicious. The acidity is mouth coating and lasts some time. The nose is apricots and honey suckle and ripe melon. The mouth is coated with honey suckle and ripe cantaloupe. This was equally good over 2 nights with both salmon and chicken.

Love this. Pale, almost clear, but packed with extremely well-balanced acidity and lemon zest. Had it with glazed salmon fillet and green salad with pear, toasted walnuts, and Danish blue cheese.
