Drank this a few days ago. Pale, translucent ruby. Aromas equally composed of try red fruit, peppery/stems, spicy/sappy oak and mineral tones. This is what physiologically ripe PN tastes like at lower alc levels and it was a great reminder of why burgundy can be great.

Highish acidity and clean clear flavors with a focus on toasty grain, quince, floral/orchard fruits. This seems like it could develop more in bottle.
