Like a weird Chardonnay...rich and full, but none of the lemony character. Much more like a one-off rock laden Chenin blanc mixed with some aligoté and lemon peel.

Very well made white burgundy
Better with food than stand alone
For $103 (currently listing at $134 and up, this was not a good value
So many burgundies out perform at that price point or less - Briailles, Sabre, Naudin Ferrand, Cossard, generic Leroy, etc
Enjoyed with LMB along with a grilled halibut marinated in miso and bourbon barrel aged soy - now that was delicious!
