Burgundy night. Started off with a nice champagne followed by a Cali roussanne to calibrate the palates.
More fruit forward then the other burgundies. Cherry liqueur with a tannic finish, mainly a Blackberry bite.

Jun 5th, 2018Colour: quite transparent; light red with a tone of brick
Nose:voluptuous and sensual, very complex bouquet of red fruit (strawberry, bramble, raspberries, red cherries), wet wood leaves,
undergrowth, red spices and red roses. Very intriguing, warm and flirting.
Palate: light in body, young tannins, slightly lively and pungent, but still soft overall. Red fruit (raspberries, red cherries, bramble), nice
warmth although not too much. A bit watery, tannins still young to express whole potential; a bit of grass and stem flavour. Probably needs some age.
(2nd October 2016 – Hedonism – Mayfair - Enomatic)

Jun 9th, 2015Starts off a bit reductive and funky. Earth and ripe strawberry that trends toward darker fruit as it gets more air. Primary. Bit of a head scratcher at this point. Corked 1 last glass in the bottle overnight in the fridge. Day 2 was much better. Not as primary. My takeaway-hold ‘em if you got ‘em.
