Pinot Blanc not Pinot Noir

Weird. I gave this same exact wine 8.9 like 5 months ago when I complained that its bitterness was beyond fun. Now the wine's bitterness is completely gone... what? Either my palette changed or wine matured. Either way this is so enjoyable. Like

Just OK. Bitterness persists and doesn't soften with time. Better with food

Disappointing. Weak showing.
