Blind tasted: Smells like burnt popcorn, sulphur and red fruit. Could definitely use some air, I'll report back.

Called a Bourgogne Gouges where it's from. A mutated version of pinot noir that just doesn't turn red! Has a stunning texture even though no skin contact. Perfect sunny Sunday Funday wine :)
