Young Volnay. Was afraid to order it initially but was pleasantly surprised how approachable the wine is at this tender age. Soft fruit, smooth, very little evidence of tannin (which might hurt aging) but overall a pleasing drink. Nice example of the femininity of Volnay we have grown to love.
