Apr 18th, 2020This is spectacular right now. Great purity with lifted lemon, hints of honey and softened white floral notes. It has a great balancing salinity on the mid palate and real complexity. Starting to show some of the secondary notes of age/ oxidation but in a really good place. Given those notes I’ll probably drink the next of these soon in case they turn. Wonderful stuff. The best pucelles I’ve had from Boillot

Sep 21st, 2019This is young but ticking now. Vivid bright fruit with lime, greengage, tart sparkly acidity and a lovely lemon confit midpalate. Wonderful stuff- a king time ahead too.
