
Overly cold unfortunately which mutes much of the flavour you would expect from this 1er Cru from the excellent 2014 vintage for white burgundy made by the baby faced assassin Henri Boillot. I might add to this note once it has warmed up. Very lemony.

Ripe and full with a bit of honeysuckle and grapefruit dominating. Lots going on. Beautiful peach and white flower nose cut perfectly by a citrus line. Nice. May benefit from a bit more age.
