Archetypal northern Rhône Syrah and I love it! Black pepper, bacon fat, dark fruits, and just a hint of floral elegance to balance the rustic nature of the wine. It’s a bit austere at first, but opens up after some air and has fantastic integration in the palate.

Ripe dark fruit, some raspberry, and black pepper. Kind of jammy. Really big, bold, and enjoyable!
