A very aromatic wine ... Brine, cranberry, rose water, cherry dust, wet tea leaf, white pepper. Taste: chalk dust, pale cherry, tea leaf, tannins present. Really fantastic in my opinion :-)

Oct 27th, 2016Creamy and rich, yet still enough acid to make it wonderfully balanced. Great with food (we had a succulent pork chop). Buttery on the nose, but a clean palate.
