A pretty cherry blossom color with excellent clarity.
A perfume of florals. Roses, wildflowers, orchards in early May. Rose water, pomelo, mandarin.
The palate has done slight richness, golden apples, mandarin confirmed, acidity and mother across the whole palate. Delicious, refreshing. Would be excellent with a cheese spread or fresh fruit platter.
