S.A.S Prince Charles-Henri de Lobkowicz St. Pourçain Chardonnay Blend

Rich, buttery nose. minerals, high end peanut butter and deep sea air. Wood shavings. Palate is rich and velvety with top top texture. Such great acidity and cut and a wonderful, very integrated finish. Amazing sap and purity. As this airs it gets so elegant and even more integrated.

Nose: elegant yellow fruits.

Palate: yellow fruits. Jumpy acidity. Delicious. Some floral internal aromatics.

Long juicy finish.

Palate: green apple. Lovely sweet fruit. Mineral. Great acidic balance. Blind I’d say 1er cru chablis.
