Mineral nose with crushed oyster shell, chalk, and a subtle lemon flavour. The palate is well balanced between a sheer acid backbone and a good texture and lemon too. Not the texture And complexity I experienced a couple of weeks ago with dauvissat les forest 2011 but still rather satisfying. The finish is fresh and neat, lemony. Regular, enjoyable, textbook Chablis
