Non-filtered. Wonderfully dense and richly concentrated with a focus and tension reminiscent of great burgundy. Saline and texturally complex, very delicious

This is so good. Lively, salty, with a waxy texture and a citrusy intensity reminiscent of preserved lemons. Just makes you want to drink more of it.

Interesting vermintino blend (Muscat?) from Corsica - lime and pear essence with silky Leesy mid palate - mouthfeel of Chenin Blanc would be easy lateral

Natural wine:
Slightly reduced of the ageing in the stockinger cask (austrian cooperage) not racked, fined nor filtered this wine exhibits a cloudy yellow pale colour. A lot of purity here.
