El Hem Roussette de Savoie Altesse

A brilliant El Hem. Startling after 5 years in bottle. Nose of hay, wild flowers, mountain air, some spice, so complex and distinctive. Palate is insanely complex, mineral, opulent and powerful with wonderful textured depth. A sense of creaminess belies all the acidity. Amazing finish.

Wowo. This wine is a freaking cruise missile on the palate. Awesome. Should write a tasting note. Speechless.

Needs 2 hours then power and precision. Huge acidity and luscious yellow fruits. So clean and pure. So fresh. Long. Really needs a day to be honest. I know this wine and it holding back.

Stunning nose. Hay, mineral, super aromatic nose, alpine aromas, elegant and rich with super complex depth and fruit. Stunning. So clean.
