Tart and austere, with high acidity and lots of minerality. Bruised green and yellow apple, beeswax, mineral, chalk, castelvetrano olive, tangerine peel, lemon zest, cider, honeysuckle, hay, chamomile, hazelnut, lanolin, white flowers, baked pear, dried apricot. Tightly wound, but beautiful. Better in a few years?
