Clos de la Bussière Morey-Saint-Denis 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Pure, perfectly ripe bing cherry slight earth component. Still a few years away imo.

Beautiful if a bit young lots of life good fruit and a strong character still a bit closed on the nose. Hard to believe after more than 20 years.

Needed an hour in the decanter to open showing red cherry fruits, crushed rock, wood smoke, iron, dried herbs & a touch of orange peel.

Cherry, earth, dried herbs and iron. Rustic in style showing mineral and floral notes.
