Apr 23rd, 2016Lemon bar (lemon peel and shortcrust pastry), marzipan, hay, agave nectar, buttered toast, toasted hazelnut on the nose. Like biting into a piece of brioche with meyer lemon curd on the palate. Tasty, zingy, still feels young and vivacious.

Funky for a champagne. Like slightly fermented pear. Not sweet v good but takes a bit to grow on you. At etoile

A pear nose with a faint/hint of sulfur of an antique honey. On the palate a fine mousse giving away to a toasty golden delicious apple & pear. The finish has a saline stone note on the finish. For most a good champagne.

Great "champagne." Goes down smooth. Not very sweet, but not sharp.

Great texture, finesse, slightly stinky but the palate is just beautiful and balanced
