Yup. Was in the mood for Meursault and this did it. Beautifully textured and shows its curves with elegance. Popcorn, struck flint, lemon curd, yellow apples, crumbly rocks. So broad and rich then a zip of minerals and acid on the mid-palate. Lovely wine and would love to try with a few years in bottle

#WOTN With long finish of honey and citrus. Surprisingly beat out the Grand Cru Corton-Charlemagne from the same producer we had later that night. Dinner pairing @ Kioicho Mitani (紀尾井町 三谷)

Scents of hazelnuts, brioche and peaches. Very full bodied in the mouth where the ripe fruit and nutty flavors run wild for now but will eventually be reined in by this wines acid and structure.
