2011: 68% Syrah, 28% Grenache, 4% Cinsault. Nice integration of oak, cedar, tobacco, meaty, smoky/farmyard. Damson, blueberry, plum and black cherry. Much better with air time. Light dried fruits. 14%. Full bodied with tannic structure, slightly low acidity, mixture of black fruits, dried fruits with a meaty, light bretty notes. Good but needs a few years to open. Alcohol (which is mainly unavoidable in S France with Syrah and Grenache) is a bit hot
