Enjoying the Burgundies along with the Red Car and Knez. Think this one is the tastiest so far

Slight garnet edge. Aroma includes aged complexity. Slight sweet fruity. Spices. Gentle acidity and soft texture. Almost peak? No, change a lot. Beautiful herbaceous aroma came out. Slight sweet. Francois bertheau chambolle musigny premier cru 15 @690/G(-), Fred, 240831

2008 - shows some high toned acidity and still very crunchy - a little lacking in the fruit department

2006. First taste is tightly wound, chewy tannin. Took almost an hour to properly open. Extracted black cherry, tobacco, breakfast tea. Long, luscious and balanced.
