Even better than my last bottle. This is showing so well now. On the nose: lemon custard, passion fruit, some honey, marzipan, a touch of smoke, and positively dripping with stony notes. On the palate, the density is amazing: fantastic acidity, loads of stone and lemon, some pepper, passion fruit...honeyed texture, but so rich and vibrant. The finish goes on forever. Happy Mother's day!
