The nose on this Cabernet Franc gives expressive notes of raspberry, plum, currant and asparagus. At first sip I have a wonderful feeling roll over my palate with notes of sweet raspberry, ripe plum, strawberry, bell pepper, wet gravel that leads to a full mouth feel with rounded edges. Medium + acidity and Medium + tannins that give a long finish. I am truly enjoying this Cabernet Franc and it drinks very well right now.

Sep 26th, 2015Great wine. Nice density. Perfume/Berries with moist earth fight for front stage on aromas. Palate is gradual, sinking bing cherry with chalk and incorporated tannin. Easy acid, but remaining balanced with the rest of the wine. Opened 7/2/15
